Bro, new jeep body is looking mean! Like what you did with the half doors and interior. Those new kicks really get it rolln, yea a nice bright orange would top it off. Cheee...gotta get out there and see this thing in aciton. Good job bro!

Thx man but can't do orage since MTheads is orange as a mofo. So prolly gonna find a good yellow to use

Nothing wrong with yellow. Just give it an undercoat of burnt umber and primer for nice rock rash and rust.

all the interior is painted up and curing gonna let the paint and clear cure n such. heres a few pics.

got the jeep emblems from scale 4x4
and 100mm scale shocks for the back. from rc4wd.
should i paint the rear deck red? isntead of being black or would that just be too much red?

and again to everyone. The comments and support are much appreciated esp coming from some big names on rcc. im def doing my best to move up in the sport and cant wait to show the scaler world what my rig has at nats in 2013! yahh cant make it next year due to military obligations such as afghanistan round2! but ill sure be sein you guys at 2013's

ill be posting updates as i get to them cage should be done by this weekend if i can just get to gas pro and obtain some saftey-silv.

Looks good man. How long is your TDY for. I can always keep your jeep in a safe place, storage fees will even be waived.

haha yahhh about that.... ill be gone for 7-10 months on top of the 4 months im about to spend in yuma AZ for desert training.. but yahh i appreciate the offer larry! prolly gonna sit in a box and brew whilst i collect more parts to make it as epic as possible for nats!

**update**

whilst waiting to make purchase of brazing materials and tools decided to build a fuel cell last night. turned out pretty good and still clears the upper link mount.

lemme know how i did!

Fuel cell looks sharp...just make sure you don't go offroad or you're going to splash $3.87 unleaded over the sides!

thx bro! but yahh out here in hawaii its around 4.00$ for 87octane boo!! so yahh.. still not gonna cap off the top of it being its not seen and it runs on battery lol was thinkin of running a clear tube "fuel fill line" going from the inside of the rear quarter down through the floor and build a faux fill cap like nascar uses..
