Wow. I'm impressed. This chassis is looking good. Will you be making Ti link sets for it?

Thanks for the compliments guys.

Steven,
I am going to run an old axial xr10 body I used to run on my xr10.
I'll be working on getting it all setup today.
We are looking at buying a house, so I am cruising around to open houses this morning and then I'll get the body mounted once we are done with that.

I pack a set of droop shocks in my tool box at all times. Just in case I feel crazy.
Thanks. I'll take you up on that offer. we should be there by Thursday afternoon I'm thinking. Truck feels reasonable on the bench though

Finally got everything all buttoned up on this rig.

I mounted up an old body I had used on my xr10 when I first got it.
It had taken very little abuse in its time on that truck, so I had it stashed away in a box for a couple years now.

Now all I need to do is drive it and make any last minute tweaks or changes that it may need.
I won't have time to test it out until I get to Cali though.

So the shafty comp on Friday should be quite fun and interesting.

I am really excited to compete in a shafty comp again with so many talented and capable drivers and rigs.

Here she is ready for battle.

As you can see I mounted the body back from center to allow full movement of the front axle without having to raise the body.

I'm running stock plastic gears.
I have never had a problem with the stock ones yet, so I opted to save some money over buying $70 worth if Robinson racing gears.

I am running vanquish lockers with the axial HD bevel gear sets.

The weight holders are rcbros.
Here is a link.
RcBros Knuckle Weight System for VP XR10 and Wraith Knuckles

You can buy his weight rings as well. I used some Dlux weight rings and just modded the holders to fit them.

I am just running a stock rover foam in the front right now.
The rear has a crawler innovations 5.5 DD foam. Soft inner, soft outer.
I'm not sure the rear foam combo will stay.
I may end up using a stock rover foam in the rear once I get some drive time on it.
