That's what I was thinking too. I did remove the window the rest of the way and I may permanently attach the arm to the body... but it's going to be a tight fit unless I can move him a little in towards the center... which may work once the dig is gone.

I wouldn't do that. If you replace bodies because you beat up the current one too bad, you'd be screwed. Perhaps epoxy a nut inside the body and epoxy a bolt to the inside of the arm, then you could screw it on?

I was thinking a screw/nut to secure it and servo tape to give it some cushion... I'd hate for Willy's arm to fall off in a roll over. And you know I like to roll Melons!

Shoe goo will hold, and be removable. Could you shorten his arm up at the shoulder so you wouldn't need to slide him over?

I hate to see a guy having problems with his "Willy"

I almost have my Willy straightened out, I played with it for hours last night and it's fitting much better now.

I lowered Willy over a quarter inch by cutting off the seat base and replacing the floor with diamond plate aluminium.
I still need to clean it up some but it looks like it'll hold Willy in place.

I think I cam squeeze is arm in there too... I will still need to attach it to the body though.

We had our first comp of the season yesterday... not enough people had their rigs together, including my Class 3, so we just ran one class... Class 3.

I ran Class 2 Melons against the Class 3 rigs... and won!

yup.
We were supposed to have a helper winch there but the winch truck wasn't set up... and I was running Class 2 against the Class 3 rigs.

It was pretty relaxed since there was only 4 of us... I'd be ok with scraping the whole day from the books if the others want to.

We had a lot of fun though!

That's because our winches are too slow! They don't do "wham, bam, thank you maam" like hoopty's!
