Yeah, I stuck on 7oz in each front and 5oz in each back.
Once DL makes my stainless steel hubcaps I should be good to go.

I think the new Slash Bug body fits the new long wheel base pretty good.
I moved the sliders forward a .25".

Here's also a shot of my front axle after installing Highlandcrawler's locker.
I had a bit of trouble getting it all to line up with no wobble... it seems to be binding a little bit... we'll see what happens.

Hows it compare with the long MT bug body you are using?

I was running the short wb mt body.
I did compare it to the long wb body at the hobby shop. They are real close but I like the proportions of this one more... and it comes with the wing, the lwb mt body did not.

I don't remember off hand, I did it months ago after I kept binding up the Maxx shafts... I had to extend it to switch to MIP shafts... I can check when I get home, or you can search through the thread

The current setup seems to work good...

That's awesome! I'm starting to wish I'd put pit bulls on my wraith. I may have to eventually. I really do think they make a huge difference...then you better look out!

I like the sound of that
Melons is running good, I'm considering 3 changes... upping the volts to 4s, Axial trans with dig to replace the Summit trans, a better motor... other than mixing and matching these last few things and the new body, she's good to go!

A couple shots from today's comp.

I did; but last two comps I've noticed I had issues with traction and also when we had GTG at Foster. That being said, some of the issues may be the SLW wheels without any weights... but I got them too narrow so its harder to put weight on them, so am looking forward to some new wheels to try with some weights.

Well if you switch to the Axial trans, gonna have to change the thread's title!

I dunno about 4S... I think that with Axial trans, gearing similar or maybe tad higher than the 1st gear of the summit tranny, and a good quality 35-25t motor, probably 3S is sufficient!
