Thank you. They're not best looking ones. I just tried to add some style to them and be a little different.

Great thread! I have a Dingo in the mail and will definitely be revisiting your build.

Great build and really an awesome read. It was so nice following your build, that I read page 1-10 today! LOL!

Love the movie as well!

It's been awhile since I've posted. Just taken a break for awhile. I didn't like how the spare looked with that big wing nut holding it in place. So I decided to doing something about it!

I've started working the "Yellow Jacket" LED's. Here's the rear LEDs start. I'm installing two reds and one yellow on each side. I used colored wire to match lights since they are clear and don't show color until lit.

Here's one side. Had to keep them tight and confined so the they clear the wheel wells.

Looking good man. How are you liking the DPDT switches after having them a while? Any issues with water; have you submerged them?

Wow, awesome job. I have a Dingo that I lit up also. Won't hijack the thread on you. Just sharing that I added side marker lights to mine as well. This was a year ago, its a lot dirtier now. 3mm orange in sides. I also have brake and backup lights. Thinking about adding a light bar up top now.

Switches are fine and I haven't waterproofed the rig. What I did do to keep out water and dirt was add dielectric grease around the base of the toggle. I bet they could be plastic dipped after that too.

Nice touch on the side markers! Something I was considering to do.

Pulled the wiring harness out. Zipped tied them first to keep in order. The wire I've used is around 24ga solid core, no strands. This allows me to bend into the shape I need.

I'm using 1/8" split wire loom to hide and keep wire neat.

Here's some pics of front LEDs. Basically I did the front and rear in the same manner.

Here's the wiring harness. Came out nicer than I thought it would. The two wires hanging were just power test leads. Also got the electronics box wired up and was able to test the system out.

Wow. Subscribed. Just finished reading through all ten pages! Great work man. The LEDs are amazing. Definitely something i want to add to mine. Also the wheel wells. They look like they came with the original dingo kit from the factory. Wish i didnt have to work so much, after seeing your thread, there is so much i want to do! Thank you so much for all the great info.

Hey, no problem! It's fun to build these rigs and its even better to be able share the work and ideas to so many. The Internet sure has help this and many other hobbies. There still is some work I need to finish the Yellow rig. Working a few other rc projects to get things ready to roll. Lights are something I can keep working on even after rig is running. Thanks for following too!

Great Dingo thread. As a Dingo owner the Dingo threads seem few and far between. I like seeing what others are doing to their Dingos.

Those hilift tires may be a tad tall, but who doesn't love white lettering

This trailer is intended for offroad use. Trailer has at least 2-1/2" ground clearance with no axles running from one side to another. For standard trailer they are a little. The other problem is finding tires that can support the weight is not easy. These tires are stiffer runner than crawler tires. I've seen some trailers built using airplane tires. Not very realistic. The first tires I used are vintage Tamiya hummer tires and are Hard to find. Thanks for looking and commenting.
