Great little build you have here. My G6 is quite similar in many ways to yours. It's fun to see how you're building yours, I'm picking up a few good little pointers here and there. Keep up the great work.

Went to a local comp today at my local hobby shop (RRW Hobbies). Had a great time. Jeep worked really well. Loved the new motor. Was good to have a solid drag break again Truck climbs like a goat, i think the JCAD link risers help the steep climbs. Was able to finish 1st today, gotta love it

1.9 1st place award

Thanks Trump. Jeep is really coming together. Thanks for your help/ideas And Im learning how to NOT drive it like my 2.2 comp rig. Instead of trying and trying to get past obstacles, I'm learning to use the tools available to me (winch, sand ladders, tow ropes). But im officially hooked on scale crawling, really enjoying my G6

Used my gift certificate from last comp and got some Proline scale points

And also made a mounting system for my terrain ramps, didnt like them bungeed on top of roll cage. Too much weight up high, this is what i came up with. One body clip and they are free, should be quick and secure

Had another local comp today. All i can say is this G6 is really, really working well. Drove her to another 1st place today. Very tough course today. There were new changes and it rained fri and sat, very slippery course. But my Jeep keeps on trucking I want to get a led light bar, to replace the stock light bar. Just want something lower, for a sleeker roof line. Heres a couple of pics from today Thanks to Tyler (Rocky666) for taking these pics.
