back to the rig. elecs are pretty tidy and easy to get at: tryin to get a good shot of the servo horn: full left: full right: (backside of buttonhead on servo horn clears the rod end on the phb by about a mm). the new horn tucks the steering rod end at the horn back about 1/8", which puts it more inline with the knuckle and has less chance of snagging. and a poser shot of my new c3 lifting its leg on timmy. ;) |

This isn't a true arm shoot out till a few of the 3 dollar short and long hobby king arms ate included Those arms look very good on the plank I don't like that long arm. I think I'd split the difrence run a short arm with s bent drag link and link mount. But it does look okay as is andcim sure performs awesome Last edited by evan03; 07-27-2013 at 02:11 PM. |

a short arm simply wouldnt work with this rig. the winch plate would interfere.

I'm putting his and hers g6 wraiths together right now. It's unreal how the only issue we've run into is the damn servo/horn/ winch. So many things can go wrong in custom rc building. Turning and flexing at the same time is the wraiths isdue. I'm going to try to put spacers behind the new bumper ( chicklets idea). See if I can buy myself a 1/16th of space. Your situation is a bid different than mine tho. I just parted with my cage to go back to the plastic for these. I'm regretting it now

i dont know much about fuel cells, but i see mostly peoples fuel cell being wide horizontally and not vertically like i have mine layed out in this pic. question is, would you see a fuel cell oriented that way 1:1? the thing just fits so nice right there... i just put it on the bathroom scale so take this for what its worth... 14lbs. |

14lbs! Holy jeeze! A fuel cell can go where ever it fits best.. 1:1, 1:10, it don't matter. Fuel pumps are blind, it don't matter which way they're pointing. I'd say you're safe in putting it in that location. |

I think the fuel cell looks fine like that, my buddy had his like that before. 14 lbs!!! That's how much my Summit weighs! You have a lot of metal on that thing tho. |

Lol "pink & yellow".. I don't know man, it's looking pretty damn good right now. I do have an appreciation for colorful rigs though. Curious.. What'll be pink, what'll be yellow?

They both look good.. I think I like the Irok's in the 2.2 size better than the pits. The pits look better in the 1.9 size IMO.
