I've been having a good time playing with wood lately. Built a few frames for the man cave and am currently working on a hallway table for the wife.

Both frames were built out of some old shipping crates I tore apart.

I tried to make the one with the motorcycles look like an old board track, complete with oil stains.

My practice steps. No, not practicing walking up steps but rather building. Didnt have much to go off of and only 10's for stringers so short run.

Just a few from the portfolio. The stairs and cabinets took 2 years with 12 of us. 3 Million bill given to Francis Ford Coppola. I wish I got that money.

I love that. Do you do your own milling? I fell in love with my shaper years ago.

Up hear in the wine country almost half of the houses are from 1800 to 1900 something and they just don't make replacement molding.

Yes, our company has about four woodmasters and a few other shapers, we have an arsenhel of knives for different applications. Everything we work on is new construction, I would love to get my hands on restoring old stuff. My wife is from Virginia, so I drool over all the wonderful structures you see in the Williamsburg area!

Nice! This is a finished pic of a 1890's rear deck. Milled it all.

Back at it again...

Book shelf for the miss made from scrap from a job. Not quite finished but you get the idea. Might do some carving in the sides just depends on what she wants. Will be sanded and painted or stained.

Bookshelf just about done. One more coat and touch up some of the holes and it should be good.

Coffee table coming along. The tops are just sitting there in the pic. Turns out its getting a glass insert from another table for my mother, she really liked the frame when she saw it. Going with a two tone brown color scheme, hot chocolate for the frame and chocolate truffle for the top plates. Got some fancy trim for the sides of the top too. This one will be slow but I want it to look nice.
