I tried to program my FS-GT3C. Soldered the adapter and installed the software on the pc.
Now I get an error message: can not communicate with the board.

Wrong board selection or check board power supply or check that a previous session is closed

My FS-GT3C is the orange one, perhaps the software is not the same? UN-hackable?

Here is the motherboard on the radio...

Here is the programmer board

I have heard rumors that you have to separate the board, and unsolder the SP1 and SB2 under where the wires connect it to the radio.

I have found videos for the GT3B. But none for the GT3C

Do you have a link for that?

I'll be getting the gt3b, and I'd like it hacked. Does Losikid sell them? I will be buying of these for sure

I would advise against the GT3B. It lacks the ball bearing in the steering, and lacks the LiPo pack and built in charge function of the GT3C.

Yes you can buy the ball bearing upgrade and add a LiPo pack but the cost is more than the $25 extra it takes to get he 3C from the start

I believe losikid sells both the 3B & 3C pre-hacked.

This Video, Flysky GT3B Hack PSX's Custom Firmware 0.61 How to hack? 8 channel 4-wheel steering Dual ESC Mixing - YouTube at 1:32
Talks about un-soldering parts of the programming board. Do we have to un-solder these points?

Make sure you have stvp installed and the patch. Restart your computer after installation. Follow the steps outlined in my install instructions word for word. There is a specific sequence I have found which goes smoothly. Mainly, everything has to be plugged in BEFORE stvp is opened.

I haven't looked at the video, but if you bought a kit from me then I already undid the solder joints.
