I had some issues with my GT3C at the track today. It would glitch - delayed/sticky steering/throttle response, light on reciever would go on and off like it lost signal - when ever the other flysky racers GT3B was on. It happened with 2 different receivers bought at different times. Both receivers work flawlessly when bound to my GT3, but when bound to the GT3C the other racers GT3B caused issues for me. The other racer did not experience any issues. Proximaty/seperation of the radios/cars had no impact on the severity of the glitching. Any ideas?

Just finished adding the com port to my GT3C. Before I hook up and flash it, will I be able to save the original firmware in case for some reason I need to go back to stock? I can only assume you are not able to host a download of the original firmware due to legalities.

Its possible, but there's absolutely no reason to save it

How can I force it into the calibration mode? I some how missed getting the chance to calibrate it. It comes on to the model number.

Ahhh... never mind. I answered my own question. Guess I need to keep reading.

Losikid:

I ended up getting board and opening my radio. The VR I used was a Texas Instruments Tl780-05. 7v-25v input and a 4.95v-5.05v at 1.5A output. Your opinion on that VR?

Lol. Figured I'd ask your opinion now that I have a proper part number.

Seems to work fine but I don't really have a benchmark to work from except stock…which was terrible.

hi, sorry if my question is OOT but since this is GT3B thread so maybe I could get help from here.

I own a GT3B "stok" tx and since 2 days ago the steering wont work. Already ask for help here: No steering
and my conclusion is that my tx steering might be the problem. Is there any manual for dissasemble this remote or pointer of what to look/repair for my steering problem?

Thankyou before

I know this has probably been asked or answered but how would I just turn on and off a set of lights plugged into ch3 using the ch3 button on the handle?

What does the bind plug look like? Anyone have a pic? My rigs have been apart for months and I am trying to bind a new receiver to my transmitter. Thanks!

It looks like a servo plug with a single black wire that loops between the two outer pins of the connector.

I found those.

Electronics specs:

Fly Sky GT3B transmitter
Fly Sky GR3C receiver
Tekin FXR
HPI 55T motor
Axial AX1 servo

Do I just power the receiver off the ESC even if I haven't programmed the ESC yet during the binding process?

Yes.
It's probably a good idea to remove a wire going to the motor or at least have the vehicle's wheels off the ground so it can't take off on you if the motor starts running.

Hey guys, I just bought a prehacked gt3b from a local vendor here in Australia. It has been flashed with 0.4.1 and I love the dual esc setup.

But, can I run dual esc and dual steer on this firmware?

Cheers guys, David.
