Chad, keep in mind, your email would not be available to support techs until this AM.

If you still do not have a response, PM me your email info and I will research it for you.

Hey Chad, While I'm no longer with Novak, I can say it "sounds" like you have a damaged Phase in the ESC.

It won't start, but you can push it to go, until you stop again, or get in a big bind. Seen this before, I'm sure the CS department will dial you in.

SoCo- Where's the antenna? Coiled up inside? With an FM radio and a warthog, you'll very likely need to have a decent amount of antenna coming up and out of the rig if you expect it to work.

Also, is it the JR Snythesized RX?? Probably would benefit from a Glitch Buster cap, or one of the Spektrum RX Filter Caps.

Novak Two, If and when you can send up those "DIG" boxes, we'll take a few of the new Rotor for the Crawler motors too!

Just send them to Jake's Performance Hobbies, Jackie has the Addy in the CS System.

Muchas Gracias. See You Wednesday, How about a Sandwich Day??? I'll be there after meeting time! Me Tookta and Marisa are all coming down for the week. Leaving tomorrow Night, coming by Novak to borrow one of the 8th scales for Wednesday Night Racing..... mmmmmm Sandwich Day.......

Would it be something that we can purchase direct from Novak?
Or from our LHS?

Hey is there a any reason why you guys hold on to warranty and non warranty's for long? Does it really take your techs a whole week to inspect something just wondering, cause any time I have to send something back to you guys I over night it, then you guys hold it for a week and then send it back. I always pay for overnighting to and from you guys because of that, so was just wondering why?

We don't "hold on" to any returns. Our Customer service info states that our shop time is generally 5-7 days. Most customers who return items for service want them to be returned quickly, so we handle all service transactions "first come, first served".

At this time, we do not offer---or charge for---a special expedited repair service. We have considered doing so, but our service turn-around time is one of the fastest in the R/C industry already.
