I have been waiting for new stock as well. I bought one and when it armed for the first time it went up in smoke, I never even got to drive it. I was told my the end of the month so I'll keep my fingers crossed.

A lot of us have been patiently waiting to get a Holmes motor and or ESC. I SMOKED the stock motor in my Wraith this past week I hope that I/we do not have to wait too much longer to get.....the cream of the crop.

I was just tearing down my rig for a overhaul, and Ding! the heat sink popped off. Doh!
What's a good material to glue this back on? Silicone O.K.? it's been waterproofed, so of course we have epoxy added to the mix. What's a good route to take here?

I would put some thermal paste on the points the heat sink contacts the board. Newegg.com - Thermal Paste, Thermal Grease, Thermal Compound

A good idea, no doubt about it, but it's not an adhesive. I guess i could just epoxy the edges with a little thermal grease on the chips.

Look up "Thermal Tape" on EBay,
It's really cheap and it works Great!
I put some on a MMP heat sink and tried removing it a couple of weeks later (it took a bad fall and bent the heatsink up badly) and couldn't pry it of with a Small screwdriver.
Just be Sure to clean ALL of the thermal adhesive off of the FET's and the heatsink.

Updated to Castle Link Version 3.50.20 this includes the new firmware version 1.09 for the Holmes BR-XL.
Motors start now smoothly, with no jump as it increases.
