Here's the ground down parts...I was in a hurry so i only snapped afew. When i do the sporty build i'll do a beter write up on the bully conversion

Other than looking at the pics, here's tips

The big sanding drums for dremels are the perfect dia. for inside the C. It'll burn afew up, but just zip it on through inside the c's.

On bully knuckles, you'll see where it stops the outside curvature with a noticeable "line". Take a cutoff wheel and cut it off perpendicular to the Ears for the C

Then mount the knuckles and mark the center of the axle/C ear on the knuckle (both sides), then mark the edges of the ear (bottom of the fillet/round). Take a cut off wheel. Cut about 3/16 to 1/4" in on the center, then 1/8" in on the edges. Then afew cuts inbetween. peel off the left over bits then clean it up with a endmill type cutter or sanding wheel.

Then its just alot of guess and check

Car looks really cool/great! Do you have an overhead shot of the steering at full lock?

I guess I should have told you from the start, but I do offer the knuckles milled out.

I bet your steering is going to feel a lot better with those knuckles having a longer arm than the LCC knuckle.

The scrub wont change unless the overall width of the car does.

He will have the same amount of scrub with this setup at 10.5" wide as he would with a stock setup at 10.5" wide.

Milled out knuckles would be nice, i hate dremel work...i fawked up one of the knuckles, i can't drill it out for bearings now. (cuttof wheel got about 1/16" away from the bushing hole). I may give your milled ones a try in the future.

No i didn't get an overhead shot of steering...forgot. It turns right to where my tires touch the links. So not much more. I'll probablly hack on steering components again in the future to max out the xvd's.

x2 on the scrub....

Shave down those khaos tires. The side walls are pretty thick and you can lose a little more.

i tried my 4"x48" belt sander for shaving the sidewalls....didn't work out near as well as some quality time with the dremel. 1/2" sanding drum did great on my sedonas, a lot more control than the belt.

Well you have to have friends on here willing to do you a favor. Or you could give yourself carpaltunnel and sand by hand :what:
You will save a ton of weight though it might put you to your goal
