Very nice, I'm diggin the super bully knuckles & XVD's. Can ya tell me exactly what parts I need to buy to do this? Obviously the Bully Knuckles & XVD's but did ya have to trim or machine the XVD's? Or do ya gotta use 2 short sides?

Get a set of super bully xvd's, hex's for them, and i'd recommend getting the knuckles from dlux, probably require less trimming....i kinda explain knuckle and C trimming, look at the pictures. For the axle shafts, all i did was cut to length and then ground a square into the end to fit in the spool.

You have to have aluminum LCC C's, way too much material is taken off to be structurally sound with plastic.

You'll also need some steel threaded inserts

That's what I figured ya did, but wanted to double check & make sure. I will definately get ahold of D-Lux for the knuckles. That is a killer steering mod. Thanks for the info & outta the box thinkin.

Looking at JRHs and EePees videos of the 8 mag in their Wraith and LCC, it is pretty dang impressive. I can't imagine how the 14 mag could be that much smoother, but.....we'll see.

Just curious, why do you want the stubby over the regular 540 size? Weight? Fit?

Still very interested to her your impressions. I am looking hard core a these.

So, the cap for my rs show'd up last week, and started to get everything wired up this weekend and realized i ordered the wrong plugs for the micro rx i'm going to use ...so, no new news, hopefully next weekend i can get it finished up. As all i have left is shorten all my battery cables, put on micro servo connectors on the leads, and wire in the frsky module into my gt3c

Cool, curious! I am in need of a cap for my RS also.

Thanks! Do you think that the ones used to make the FXR able to run 4s, will do the same for the RS. Or am I just asking too much of it.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, the fxr and the rs uses the same caps, i've never looked into 4s on the rs nor the fxr so i can't say for sure if the rs can handle it....i'd assume it could though

All i am lacking right now is a place to solder where i don't need to worry about the smoke alarm above my head. I'm going to try and find a spot somewhere this weekend where i can solder deans onto all my lipo packs and solder up my esc...everything else is done i think. A few things need to be tweaked but that can happen later down the road. I think i'll get some bad ass poser pics before getting any rock rash on it though, spent way to much money on new pretty plastic for no good pics

I am highly considering dropping all the additional knuckle weight i bolted on though, the rear end is too light and it doesn't stay planted if the front tire drops into a hole. Plus, its easy weight to lose

Also, for those wondering, at full shock extension, my belly clearance is 3.25" and it follows that all the way through my rear links to the tires.
