Finally got my 3500kv HD for this thing, I've been wanting one for a while now. Layout is clean, no more bullet plugs.. Put two packs through it and I coudn't be happier. So much power and it's way smoother than the Tenshock. Didn't even get hot and it's plenty fast so I'm glad I went with the 3500. On the other hand.. had a breakage :( Darn axle gave out.. It's happened on this side twice now. Not even a crash, guess they just wear out over time. Already have replacements on the way, so no driving until next week. Mmm.... Yeah maybe since the truck is a bit heavier than the hardcore kit... Idk maybe you should get a few spares next time.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Here's the latest testing video if you haven't seen it yet. I know it's short, but felt like it was time for an upload. Zeus is running great, or was running great lol. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=URQu7WsUv2k |

I'm waiting for the aftermarket yeti xl parts to hit, then I'll build one as well. Sucks to break and have to wait for parts. Lets see zeus at the beach bash, version 1 course. That vid is bad to the bone with the black truck sucking it up. You drove it like you stole it! You figure out your body yey?

For the body I'm molding a JC manta. Going to modify the hood a little bit then take molds. It's fits my cage perfect.

Yeah I'm sure it'd handle quite a bit. But to be honest, you kinda have to go find a spot to run it. It's not like it's nice, picture perfect bumpy terrain everywhere. The place I was at seemed to have a bunch of good stuff though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Yeah I understand, you have to find those special spots. Have a feeling I could, manage to do it here lol. Seems like I need to go to Baja instead though Side note, Seattle had it, they should of won.. TERRIBLE play call.

Also those tires on your bros truck, Baja KRT replicas form the turnigy, I can't find those tires anywhere. Can you even buy them? I can't even find the truck itself for sale. How'd your bro get them?

| Re: Project Zeus: Cycon's Steven Eugenio Trophy Truck Build I haven't had a chance to weigh it yet. I used more metal, but it's lighter than the type I used on nsp-1. So it may end up being close, if not a little lighter. Yeah they're hard to find. Not sure if they still have them, but he got them from hobbyking. |

Cycon, do u have to run a wheel extension on your rear axle to get them the right width with the front axle? Thx

... The hardcore axle was designed to fit a short course front ends like the Slash so people like cycon could build them, i am running a wraith axle and a slash 4x4 front end and they are pretty much the same exact width. I hope that answers your question
