I will miss my Fastback for sure, it has been an amazing rig for me and my how this thing evolved this year. In January I was new to 2.2 and had an RTC, March brought the FF-4 the Fastback Proto in June though short of an electronics reposition uses the same geometry I ran on the FF-4, and in September I ended up at Nat's, even if it was because the 1-3rd place guys from my state could not attend, 4th defaulted in and I got to have an amazing experience that will see me going back, even if it is LCQ. Which in 2011 it will be. I will only be able to travel to half of the SSRCC comps do to newborn coming in Feb. I will still run a weekly local schedule next year and try to hit ECC and LCQ for Nats

who knows what the future holds....im aiming to do a similar path myself...lol maybe we will get to meet lol.....looking forward to your build thread and ill do a real build thread this time instead of my last lame attempt lol although i do have to admit if the xr10 dosent work out for me im gonna go be a hermit in the mountains with my scalers lol.....and i honestly dont think the fastback will be an issue at all im going to shave down the skid and narrow the bottom a bit more ...make new panels and add some spacers....the fb should have enough link locations to build a proper link setup for moa.......i may be ditching the shafts on my comp rig....but im keeping the core....who knows it may work or ill be eating my words lol time will tell

I just got home today and was gonna msg you that rpp had them on cheap right now! Can't wait to see what you do with it... in spring I'm gonna whip one together but dual esc. I'm keeping my shafty though... not like some traders ... I'm only half converted lol. OK so I am converted but I still enjoy sportsman lol. Plus it's "technically" my gf's rig... or so we call it so i can spend more money on it

I would keep mine, but I'm a poor workin' stiff. Gotta pay for the new one somehow. Same reason I am only going 1 esc (which I already own) and a punk dig this year. Build rig for 2011 season, upgrade electronics 2012 season since there will not be a new rig for me in 2012.

What are you going to run for a radio in 2012? I'm punk dig too for now with my 3PMX, but seriously considering a step up to dual ESC's....maybe next spring.

HA HA I'm sure you'll make things work for you... I'm really looking forward to the MOA FB. I hope the skid is nice and narrow and maybe even a nice little spot way out front for a battery to keep the weight even more forward... MMM can't wait to see it. Do us all proud and get it designed real good!
