Thanks Norm, its definitely interesting when I run

Just a little throw out to the 5Dimension Dominator though ..... this chassis is coming in real good. If a phone call didn't break my concentration (coughpurpcoughlol) I could have been a contender.
Really came together for course 2 & 3 ...... and the courses only got harder.

Course 3 was a tough one!! And the drop offs into a water hazard always adds a nice touch!! Nice driving, that chassis is definitely going to work out great for you

Ya it felt good seeing them after my last few outings. We'll see what can happen with a little more practice one of these weeks.

Not much of an update .... testing a couple new things on the bench and maybe even rocks this weekend. Plus a little shot at the krazy house workings for expansion.

Watercooling what ? ................ More to come on this but some should know what it all gos to.

Thank you.

Mcmaster-Carr is where we get them over here.

Press-Fit Expansion Inserts for Plastics
#94510a030

McMaster-Carr

Its not to difficult at all to do them. Drill press and a good bit with a steady hand. I normally press them in and put a little CA on them then put a 3mm tap in them to clar the glue out.

Havent pulled one out yet and did it several times on my original MOA.

Thanks I have done the brass insert mod on my Losi axles.
But the XR10's does'nt have that much material around the hole,-and depth when drilling is very important I think ?

I know the two critical ones are above the locker bearings but Ive always drilled through then clean the edges up inside and glue the insert in. All the other holes I only go down about 6mm and press in till flush with the top.

Wired ..... hoping the postman has some good news for me today or its off to figure out a custom bracket.

Still have to get the 110 and 220 wired over to it but that's the easy part.

Oh I got those and some classics to still put up too.

He was but the gods werent. Plate looks good but the holder is to narrow for the plate. Gotta make sure the plate mounts first then maybe mail it off to my favorite machinist for some work.
