Bad cell phone pic but you get the idea.

Yes, Those big white things on the axle are his brake calipers outside of the rims.
Being from SoCal we don't see many of these Bro trucks this bad. Hopefully he was just passing through to Central California with this death trap.

I had an owl strike on a cold and wet winter night. Hit me in the helmet a few miles from home.It broke my face shied clean off and had blood in my eyes, I was scared and cold. Waited to get home to assess damage thinking I was injured. When I got home and took off my helmet I found most of its wing inside and outside of my helmet. When I washed up to check for personal injury I was fine. All the blood was the owls. But damn it was scary.
