| SW stands for switch. You will find those in the SWTCH menu. Go to the COND menu to find the 2nd condition option. If you have problems le me know, I am doing this from memory right now. If you need step by step on the above setup let me know and I'll tackle it.

Is there a way to limit the rear esc's proportional switch epa to stop at 100? I am trying to avoid the rear motor out running the front motor. Thanks, Jason |

| No there isn't, however just get used to getting back to 100. Having the ability to go to 120 is very useful to help fight the effects of clod stall.

Hey Harley, so is there no way to use the DT buttons as a switch and not a dial? So for dual esc dig you are limited to the PS buttons correct? |

| The switches are the only ways to control the mixes. You can logically derive it by thinking it is a SWITCH to turn the mix on and off, not something you DIAL. Once you get comfortable with everything it is hands down a faster, more reliable, less demanding method to operate the dig.

That's what I told him..... But he made me try anyways, I tried setting the DT's to 2ps, but that just made it go from -120 to +120 and things went crazy but I think the epa's needed to be adjusted at that point. I mentioned to him to setup the switches and the Dials how he wants them and than set the DT's to move 100 at a time, basically cutting it down to 0 with one press. But next time he comes over he better bring the truck and a working battery, not a half ass assembled 4pk......

You have to toggle the mixes, it's as simple as that.

The only problem I can see is if you start at 100 and it moves 100 steps, if you accidentally hit it forward it will move to 120 and than your stuck between 20-120. For the record, I don't care for the way he wants it setup, but I'm not driving it.

Just got my 4pk, and I am setting it up per the instructions, but I was curious what the -100 settings on the FWD and BRK settings do. I read the manual on the pmix settings, but it didn't explain what changing those values do. Can you help me understand why I want those at -100 and what using some other value would do? Also, what does setting the trim on pmix2 do, and why don't we want it set on pmix1? Another item I noticed with this new set up. The vibrate functions on PS1 seem backwards. The long vibrate shows the throttle active, and the two shorts turn it off, but PS2 is the opposite of that. Thanks, Last edited by rcjackson0926; 05-14-2010 at 04:01 AM.
