Put steering servos in channels 3 and 4. Make a two mixes. both using ST as master and one using CH3 as slave and the other using CH4 as slave.
Assign Mix 1 to SW1 and Mix 2 to SW2. Turn on COnd 2 and set it to SW3. Turn on Mix 1. get your front steering correct. Now turn on Mix 2. Get your rear steering opposite of teh front. Now turn on Cond 2 and go itno mix 2 and set the # values totally opposite of what it was set to. This will give you crab walk. This leaves CH1 open an useless but maybe some one can figure it out better than me? Maybe mater and slave channel 1? Like the MOA Dig

CHANGE Slave Mix to the steering. So Master is ST and slave is ST. Redirect output to CH1. Go into settings and turn EPA on steering down to zero. So this setup can work with a R603FF

Darn I love this remote. Picked it up off teh scratch n dent as a demo and its like new and I paid $165 for it with no charger or RX and I love it.
Ok. what and where do i find sw1,2,3 and same with cond1,2?

Thanks

SW stands for switch. You will find those in the SWTCH menu. Go to the COND menu to find the 2nd condition option. If you have problems le me know, I am doing this from memory right now. If you need step by step on the above setup let me know and I'll tackle it.

Where is the cond menu, for some reason i am not seeing it. I might very well need a step by step tutorial if you get a chance. Thanks

Is there a way to limit the rear esc's proportional switch epa to stop at 100? I am trying to avoid the rear motor out running the front motor.

Thanks,
Jason

No there isn't, however just get used to getting back to 100. Having the ability to go to 120 is very useful to help fight the effects of clod stall.

Just reset each model. It is under M-RES on the menu.

Hey Harley, so is there no way to use the DT buttons as a switch and not a dial?

So for dual esc dig you are limited to the PS buttons correct?

The switches are the only ways to control the mixes. You can logically derive it by thinking it is a SWITCH to turn the mix on and off, not something you DIAL. Once you get comfortable with everything it is hands down a faster, more reliable, less demanding method to operate the dig.

That's what I told him.....

But he made me try anyways, I tried setting the DT's to 2ps, but that just made it go from -120 to +120 and things went crazy but I think the epa's needed to be adjusted at that point.

I mentioned to him to setup the switches and the Dials how he wants them and than set the DT's to move 100 at a time, basically cutting it down to 0 with one press.

But next time he comes over he better bring the truck and a working battery, not a half ass assembled 4pk......

Setting it just to go to 100 doesn't work, all that will do is put -100 steps throttle. So if you are at nuetral it will be at full reverse instead. If you are at full throttle it will be at nuetral. Make sense?

You have to toggle the mixes, it's as simple as that.

Well this should make you happy Josh, the React DIAL's can be used as a SWITCH. All buttons can be reassigned to do all functions.

Guess I was wrong for expecting that out of this radio.

Its cool though I ordered the drop wheel so I can turn the buttons around to where I want them.

Yea that makes since, I was just trying to set it so it would turn down the mix with one button push. I was still setting his switches to control the on/off function.

The only problem I can see is if you start at 100 and it moves 100 steps, if you accidentally hit it forward it will move to 120 and than your stuck between 20-120.

For the record, I don't care for the way he wants it setup, but I'm not driving it.

To control the two ESC's I setup PMix1 and PMix2 (program mix 1 & 2).

PMIX1
FWRD: -100
BRAK: -100
MST: TH
SLV: TH
MODE: ACT
OFST: 0
MXMD: MIX
TRIM: OFF

PMIX2
FWRD: -100
BRAK: -100
MST: Th
SLV: CH3
MODE: ACT
OFST: 0
MXMD: MIX
TRIM: ON
Hi,

Just got my 4pk, and I am setting it up per the instructions, but I was curious what the -100 settings on the FWD and BRK settings do. I read the manual on the pmix settings, but it didn't explain what changing those values do. Can you help me understand why I want those at -100 and what using some other value would do? Also, what does setting the trim on pmix2 do, and why don't we want it set on pmix1?

Another item I noticed with this new set up. The vibrate functions on PS1 seem backwards. The long vibrate shows the throttle active, and the two shorts turn it off, but PS2 is the opposite of that.

Thanks,
