Below is taken from the $20 listing description. It's either the whole RTR truck, or it's a scam.

Package Included:
1 x RC Pickup Model
1 x Transmitter
1 x Charger(According to different countries, we will send corresponding adapter.)
1 x Decal
3 x Inner Hexagonal Wrenches
1 x Cross Hexagonal sleeve(small)
1 x User Manual

I bet the "product" gets delivered to some place that isn't even in your state. The recent scam is that they send the "product" to an address just so it shows as being delivered. I ordered an RC boat last month and it was shipped to Iowa, despite my being in Virginia and all of my paypal/eBay info was accurate.

It made getting a refund much more lengthy and time consuming.

Does the tracking info show any kind of weight that would correspond with a truck that size?

That doesn't mean anything. Both times that I said "why not" and bought scam RC cars I had a tracking number too. Most of those China Post numbers aren't recognized by EBay's system anyway, so I think they're pretty easy to fake.

At $19.99 something is up, but at that price and Ebays refund policy figured it had value for entertainment purposes. Just checked the tracking number on ebay, says package accepted by China Post with delivery estimate of Sept 25. Looks like something was sent.

The 20 dollar option is definitely too good to be true, but sometimes things that seem too good to be true end up as a welcome surprise. I went for it. I have tracking and it is updating but no telling where it is going, the weight or dimensions or anything else. As stated there are plenty of options to buy this truck at what I consider a solid price, especially since the kit is sub 200.... I dont buy lotto or go to casinos but the gamble has enough protections imho that I will chance a welcome surprise.

^ Agreed. I've had good experiences with ebay/paypal buyer protection in the past. This is very low risk.

I've just been notified that a something has been shipped.

I sent a message to the seller. If he responds, I'm buying at least 10 of these

If it is only a $4 motor like one person suggested, and that is possible, will ebay ever get a run of complaints. I'm crossing my fingers. Have a friend order one for you.
