I now noticed that they listed the truck as "not for sale" on their site:

Trail Finder 2 Truck Kit w/Mojave II Body Set

Hopefully this means they will fix it up!

We all have our own opinion so thats fine with me
Me on the other hand im happy i have this tf2
I think its more fun building it than to actually playing with it lol
But then again maybe the reason why i dont really have fun playing with it its
I have no one to play with lol

Any way i have a question
Is it posible to run this kit without servo for the 2 speed
Maybe i can zip tie it in place
I dont have an extra servo right now and inwant to see it run

Uh thanx man but im talking about the servo for the tranny
I already have a servo for my steering
Need those micro servo i think thats what their using?

My question was is it possible to run it without the servo for the tranny
For the time being ?

Ok my rc4wd xr4 transmitter arrived today
I thought itll be here monday
But it came in today
Rpp h9bby is really an amazing company
This guys dont play around delivering their stuff
Its like they have their own airplane to deliver thier parts lol
Thats the reason i looked at their store first before anyone else

This transmitter came with this two epa thingy
What ever they are i have no idea lol

Open the box and this is what you got

Easy to read buttons

3rd channel?

Couldnt they have find a better switch than this thing here lol

4th channel

This switch is much decent looking than the other
Seems like
They woke up one morning and say
Lets add one more switch there
Just use what ever switch laying around at the shop
Will be ok hahahah
Thats what i think of that togle switch

Over all this is what youll get out of that box
Instructions looks like its a xerox copy

So what do i think of this transmitter?
I havent used it yet
But it looks so cheaply made
I have seen more better and feel better rtr transmitter than this
I just hope it can perform better than how it feels and look

I'm very turned off at the fact the new body needs sooo much work just to be acceptable. I recently had to work with a 'Yota bed from rc3wd. It took so much work to get the basic shape into the correct shape, I had to ask meself WTF ?? I'm still of the opinion that the Tamiya cab and bed are the best way to go.

You can either switch this on the transmitter by setting the throttle to reverse or just switch the motor wires if you're running brushed. Here's the link to the radio instructions:
http://www.subzerotruck.com/images/E...n%20manual.pdf
Reverse is the first setting after selecting the model (see p.2)

Put the body on the other way so it's going forward.

Awwrite

Rc4wd emailed me(ryan)
Asking if i have a problem with the body
I told em there were some minor flaws with the body
But i managed to fixed those flaws
So everything is good now

Next paint the body
I think ill paint it white
Or just primer and black

Im always going ahead of my self
I take back what i said about the remote hahahah
The remote is flawless
Easy to work with
When i said it looks cheaply plastic NOT
I accidentally drop that damn thing and only scratch by the battery compartment hahah
I was worried if shaken anything inside
But everything works fine

The togle switch is what i dont like about this controller
Could been better if they used something like the traxxas switch or something

But other than that i like it easy enough for me to use
No complicated settings

KISS keep it simple stupid

Working on the body again
Those side marker lights
Seems like its a problem to most
Getting hang up losing lenses on the trails
So im going to do something about it
Prevent it from getting hangup losing those lenses

Those lights lenses will be flashed with the body and cleaner look also

I like this body better than the first tf2 now
Everything looks good to me
I widen the back a little so my tail lights doesnt sticks out
