I think it is who should decide
For me i would say no thank you
Let see i dont know how much that rig will cost
But i think lots and lots of the parts need to be upgraded
Axial plastic reminds me of radioshack rc

I do want to get in something like that gut crunching climbing rocks

It depends on whos driving my two children tun scx10s hard and havent broken plastic parts in two years knuckles chubs and tranny gears are metal but i know for a fact my tf2 would be in a recycling bin if it was driven like theirs so keep that in mind

Yeah whichever rig I get its gonna be a trail truck . Won't be bashing the hell out of it or doing backflips , jumps and stuff . Like I said think I'm gonna stick with the tf2 and only get the rr10 if I have to wait much past Christmas . They say good things come to those who wait well the tf2 better be DAMN GOOD lol .

Ive got the rtr tf2 with the first gen mojave body stock electronics are in the parts bin stock transfer case is being swapped for a 2 speed case id rather have 2 transfer case speeds than trans speeds dont need more speed than the single speed trans gives but a 4 low and 4 high is useful to me

I agree it depends where how you drive it
But for me i am done with with those plastic rc's
I cant even stand looking at it with my other rc'
Its on a different table
Specially the lexan body
I wouldnt even take it even if its given to me free

The only thing that i didnt like with the rtr was the body being molded in red i traded it for some electronics and such and bought the white body much easier to do a colour change

I'm switching to the Tamiya F-350 body anyway it's molded in white .

I would think you only need a primer and the color paint you want

I cant make up my mind what color im going to paint mine lol

I didnt want red showing through on scratches and bright molded plastic can even with primer bleed affecting the final colour my current repaint consists of a rust oxide primer then silver lightly coated and the final brown colour so as its scratched it shows either rust or bare steel

It looks bigger too than tf2 body
