Truck just keeps getting better. You have the perfect back yard camo, it blends right in. Do you guys prints your own custom (door)decals or know of someone who makes them to scale?

Thanks guys. Its slow going but is turning out well besides I have a gearing issue. I might have to to change the trans unless I can get it geared down enough. I mean it's OK but it's not as responsive as I would like.

My brother picked up a sticker cutter for like $50 I think it was. Works pretty good. I might be picking one up. I have some beer bottles that need labels.

Hmm. Remember the brand/model of the cutter by chance?

I don't remember to be honest. I believe he got it off of eBay or Amazon. He got rid of it and picked up a different one from Walmart. I have never really looked into sticker cutter so I'm not really familiar with brands and types.

Just ordered a new motor and pinion. I am hoping the gearing and torque I end up with will work, I really don't want to have to change the axles or trans at this point. I went with an 80t and dropped 4 teeth on the pinion which is as low as you can go on this set up. I guess if I did some modifications I can get a gear reduction unit to fit in there. Otherwise I will be going to rc4wd axles.

I certainly hope that works...would be a shame to ruin the rig with RC3WD axles.

Indeed, I invested a significant amount of time also getting ascender axles to work with leaf springs. Part of the fun though. Making it work.

Yes, looking ever better!!! That tranny is very nice scale, but I wish it had lower gearing or at least an option for it.

That might fix it low enough geared....hopefully.

So last night I printed some new brackets for my rear shackle mount on the rear axle. I was a little low in the back so it looked like it was driving up hill on flat ground. As soon as the printer frees up from printing stuff for my wife and kids I will be working on my gas tank brackets and mud flap brackets.

Marker, reflectors? I don't have them wired yet so they are not technically lights yet.

Also put on my brackets I printed and she sits about perfect.

Well I'm running out of time. Have a trip planned for this weekend with my brother I haven't seen in a couple years so she has to be ready.
