So this body is big enough I think I need bigger tires than 4.3. Tried on the good ol swampers and it looks pretty good.

I am seriously considering going topless. Less weight up top and think it will look better. It looks to stock which I'm not sure I want. I ordered a different sticker set as I'm not a huge fan of the sun set. I have learned though that traxxas stickers are not easy to remove.

A hair dryer or a paint stripping gun on "low" should help with those pesky stickers. Just don't get too close to the body or leave it in one place for too long.

My heat gun died and the wife says the hair dryer is off limits. I guess I'll do it when she's not home!

Yes indeed. I think I'm going to get a different sticker kit as they have several I just don't know what color or style yet. I have always been a fan of planes so I might go with this one. Or yellow or orange. Or maybe white.

i vote yellow. the shark face is a bit... much.
i also saw the wheels are available separate and unmounted now. dernit. that's what i get for being impatient ($50 take offs with tires glued on them vs $14/pair fresh from traxxas)
oh and the clear body is available too. and the spare rear tire rack.

I think I am going to get a set of wagon wheels or something similar. I think it would look good.

The unpainted body is not cheap. 200 for the set. I guess I have everything now so I would only need the body. But for now I cut the top as it just doesn't jive with me and being black. I don't know why but I don't like it.

I was planning on yellow or orange. If that shark was moreso like the p40 and not cartoony I would have went that way but it's kinda cheesy

yeah, the skin wraps are a joke IMO - they just get trashed on the trail. Go with lexan body painted inside...they still get trashed but at least it's on the outside, and not on your finish. And I think they're way too much $$ for a $3 piece of vinyl.

I always wanted a bronco topless. I remember back in the day everyone took them off and would cruise the strip with 10 people in the back chatting away on the cb. Old school social networking.
