^^^ Geeze lmao. And look at 'em all panting with anticipation, ready to do something fun, smelling each other's butts, and looking to do some humping.

And yes... I'm speaking of the owners, not the dogs.

The funny part about pay rise is that it causes inflation in the market nullifying the effect of pay rise . Then again people stand with banners for another pay rise unable to understand why they can't make ends meet.

Unless government strictly controls price capping of commodities and services there is actually no stable or long term benefit of a pay rise. But that won't happen in a capitalist economy.

The only solution to this problem is to not be in the middle class or lower economic situation.

Hey, I just bought one of those! I thought I wanted the green, but then I realized that would be a very poor choice that I'd have to live with for years, so red it was.

I'd really like to upgrade the thread title to "WTF" for this one:

Was half-watchin' old Drew Carey Show reruns at 1:30AM and a commercial came on the air - it was nearly over before I clicked to what was being advertised...

Dang, what a downer to go to bed thinking about!

Tragic times that advertising like these have come.

You beat me to it.

Why do you think political advertising has become so repugnant in the last 35-40 years? It's easier to hyperbolize what your opponent will do than say what you will do. Fear sells.

Fear sells especially to stupid people. And despite the fact that we can be more informed these days than ever, stupid people believe false information or, as it's put these days, "fake news".

Statistically your kids are more likely to die of a plethora of other things way before a being shot at school comes on the radar.

Fear mongering at it's worse.

Like in a car accident, but people are fine with giving their irresponsible child a 100 MPH, 3500 pound vehicle that can kill many people in one accident.

The downside of the "Information Age" is that it is easier than ever to reinforce one's ignorance.

And the ability to spread their ignorance all too quickly with one-button Facebook Shares and Twitter Re-Tweets.

I have friends that are allegedly educated and they re-post garbage that can be debunked with a 2 second internet search. It's maddening.

I bet those same "educated" people try to debunk other posts by referencing Snopes.
