You are basically just setting a typical 3 postition switch. You can use any of the setups for mechanical dig, VF/DNA, R2, Losi, etc. Go to the Dial menu Set DT1 (or DT2 or DT3) to read Ch 3: 100 / Nor That will setup your switches as 3 position switch Let me know if you need more help and BTW, you should ditch the punk and get another ESC!

I have my VP dig set to run off DT3 for when I need the freewheel, or I can hit PS1 to go straight into lock and avoid tapping DT3 twice. Works great. I would love to prove you wrong, but I doubt I can. You are the master here

In a shafty it isn't a bad deal because you can 4wd is one way and dig is the other, so you would only need the DT# for freewheel (like you said).

ok, berg is setup and running perfectly with the exception of one thing....the carb cuts out on it the throttle (and reverse) were really sensitive so i went to the THEXP and started tinkering with that to make it milder. its perfect until your in a position to go forward and rev really fast...sounds like the carb is cutting out and it sputters. sometimes it will glitch so bad it stalls and runs in the opposite direction any suggestions? |

I keep all my profiles flat, no curves. I don't have any problems with throttle control really. Your problem definitely is outside the 4PK. Are your motors running advanced timing, possibly got bumped? Time to service the motors? |

ok, i changed the throttle and brake profile to 2 and thats 10x better. it still glitches under heavy fwd/rev throttle usage. motors are fairly new 35t warrior R's.

| I am trying to think of what else it could be and I am coming up blank. I would confirm both motors are set at zero advance timing just to make sure. When you figure it out let me know, I am curious!
