Just looking at your pic you can tell it's smaller. It's about 30% smaller is the spec. |

That's a huge difference! Awesome. Do you know if they're planning a smaller 3ch as well? |

I don't know of any plans for a new 3 channel but that could change at any moment. The big differences are of course the receiver and with the way the toggle for the menu works. It is soooooo much better now. It is very precise and smooth. Like Harley said the response time is 2x's as fast as the 4PK. Not really a big deal with crawling. There was talk of a LiFe pack being included. The one I got came with the same battery as the 4PK. I already put a LiFe in it though J |

| 4PKS and R614FF in stock at Tower
FYI - Tower has both the new 4PKS and the R614FF Rx in stock now. Exactly one week after I purchased my 4PK... http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXZXE0&P=7 http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXZXE1&P=7 |

| No $400 is a great price. But I am a "latest and greatest" guy. I was one of the first few guys in crawling with a 4pk, if I remember right I bought it about this time 2 years ago. If you dig deep in this thread, in the very beginning, I helped lay out how to correctly program the radio for dual ESC use. I typically buy every Futaba flagship surface radio whenever they are released, do I need to, no. Does it make me feel happy, yes |
