| ditto to this question. if it has adjustable BEC output voltage that would be great. i'm not sure how many amps a typical high torque (7950 for example) servo draws under load but 5A versus a 10A CC BEC sounds like a big difference. is the CC just overkill?

I just got off the phone with them...They said next few weeks It will probably be adjustable through the link programming. 5 amp Bec probably wont be enough for a 7950. But for most set ups no external would be needed, It wouldn't hurt to run an external Bec, Better safe than sorry, This is going to clean up the rig 10 fold. Well since most comp crawlers are going to be running a 7950 or better when they become available then what's the point? They need to bump up the BEC... Not cool stringing people along about the release date either, just tell people when the dang thing will be out.

Oh I agree.... which is why I have been waiting for the M2... Guess you're right, just go with a CC BEC and no worries after that...

If the M2 internal bec is like the Goat 3s internal bec, you will have to use a external bec on 3s.

This is annoying!!! I'm ready to jump into the woderful world of MOA, and I have decided on the M2, it is a much cleaner set up than a punk. I like the idea of being able to move more power to the rear wheels through the radio. But, Tower's site had them shipping in late Sepember yesterday, today they updated it to day late October... |

Looks like it is going tho have a 6v/5amp switching BEC. This from its listed specs. Internal high-voltage five-amps switching regulator to provide six volts of output without overheating the speed control |

| Maybe they need a countdown like Axial did....We will all forget the wait once we have this new product working in our rigs! I have been running Novak products since the original RC10 came out. I am glad they are still around....personally though, I would like to see the other electronics companies step up and make an all in one unit like the M2 Dig.

Has ANYONE seen one of these finished, or heard of them being shipped to stores/ distributors? A UK magazine rep has stated he has one on the way with the UK distributors Novak order. Just wanted to check the information was right |

Amains site says the end of OCT. This is the only thing left I need to finish mine. I may just go with a HH and a punk dig. Novak should've never opened there mouth and got everybody's hopes up. They may have lost more business in doing so.
