My ride is the Rubicon C/R edition with the stock BFGOODRICH KRAWLER T/A KX Tires. Are the pitbulls a better tire than these? The BFGoodrich tires are taller than the tires that come stock on the Deadbolt. So I would lose quite of bit of clearance with pitbulls wouldn't I?

I believe the BFG's sit at the same height as the Trep's that came on the Deadbolt. So you will lose the same clearance I did. I haven't ran the BFG's in the 1.9 size but I haven't heard anyone I trust say that they perform as well as the Rock Beasts. The Rock Beast is just one of the best performing tire options available right now.

Just to clarify, I did compare my tires to my son's tires on his Deadbolt and they indeed are the exact same size. I was mis informed by another video on youtube that was recommended after I watched one of yours . Lesson learned, only believe what I hear or see on your videos Harley. LOL!

If I go the 3Racing route, I will definitely keep Patrick in mind. He showed me that piece in Utah earlier this year and I was pretty excited he had developed something like that!

Wow. Not too shabby. May have to go this route instead of a servo winch

It cool have a option again out there. Me and Patrick were pretty excited to see this come out.

I actually had one on my blue toyota tf2 in Utah. I think the winch you saw in Utah as was mine.

Nice update Harley. I got my Howler Customs tray in a couple days ago and installed it, I gave the truck a run today and it's awesome, much better than the battery up high under the hood. Thanks for the series, or else I may have missed something like this .

Looks like they are starting to hit everyone now. Glad it worked out for everyone, Howard seems pretty stoked.

Measure the eye to eye measurement and then subtract 5/8". That will be the length of your all-thread. As for compensating for a bend, I usually make a trash link (all-thread only, no sleeving) to check lengths first and then go from there.
