I think I'm figuring things out now. Worse case scenario is I smash this phucker on the floor!

I have 4ws setup with the servos plugged into channels 1 and 4. Now I just need to be able to use the st trim buttons to cycle through the steering?? I had the lights working but lost that in the process of restoring the 4ws. I just duct taped a flash light to the, I'll just turn it on manually :-/. As for the winch, who am I kidding. It's just for looks anyways. If you can just help me get the steering straight I'll worry about the rest when I have the time. I just need to know how to map the st trim keys to cycle the steering.

That didn't change anything. 4ws still works but no way to turn rear steering off.

GT3C's should be here sometime next week, i'll have them hacked shortly after...BUT, batteries are shipping snail mail from china due to usps regulations, so those are going to be the hold up instead of me finding time like usual.

Thanks for the info, I'm waiting on some GT3C's as well as sending others your way.

Hope your move went well.

need help
i have the B
i have the throttle set up right
i have the steering set up great.
i have my ch3 trim set up as my tranny servo switch, and it works great.

here is my problem i cant get anything else set up.
i tried both my d switch and the TR buttons to set up to run my winch with a heyok controller.
but i cant send it through ch4.
it set it up as ch3 once and it worked perfectly.
i cant find ch4,5,6,7,8. i can seem to scroll any where to find something that said this.
i have a 6 ch hobby world RX that is bind to my TX.

any help would be great.
again i need to make my d button run my winch through channel 4.

thanks

Did you select how many channels you want in the gt-3b?

Scroll to "name"
Long press enter
You'll have "c" and "r" as options
C is how many channels
R is reset I believe

No worries I'm still learning the commands too... and yes you will have to set the # of channels for each model, unless 3 is enough anyway.

Did you see the instructions? They're in the archive on the 1st page of the thread Index of /GT3B/GT3B-Firmware/0-6-1

Cheers
Speed

Exclamation Re: GT3B Hack Question and Answer Thread

Ok, Here's where im am at, I am running dual esc on my xr10 and have setup my radio how i want it with mix/dig and all but i have the throttles reversed. so when i go forward, rig goes back and vice versa. I went into channels 2 and 3 and reversed it (servo reverser) and it did not? why can i not reverse?

That should work...Did you double check that they both were saved as reversed?

Or make sure you have 0 timing on your motors, and swap the wires...

Question:
After your radio is all set up. If you do a SAVE in STVP will that save all your settings as well? So if your radio broke or got lost, you could re-flash another radio. And not have to re-set everything up?

It is possible to save the setting from the radio onto the computer, but i've never really done it, so i can't comment on how
