There's a tad over 3000 posts in about 2yrs right here in this thread. Check out the first post and go from there.

Also rctech has a huge thread as well iirc

ok i want to know probably others may also. I have the Turnigy GTX3 from HK. Iv'e been told its a GT3B clone, T/F? if so can i use this hack? The boards in side are stamped flySky. i opened to wire a 3s lipo this is a 8AA cell.

It's the same controller.....just had different case. It will take the hack and really a voltage regulator is needed to swap to Lipo.

Hi losikid, Im new on the forum, but I see you every were on the forum when I look for some information about the flysky gt3c

So Im asking for some help, I bouth about 3 mouths the flysky gt3c, but yesterday was surching for some information on youtube about voltage alarm setting, and 3 chanel, and show a video were the person had all that, and was showing the steps to change voltage timer alarm and adding a 3 chanel setting, grab mine and nothing was the same as the other transmitter and it was the same, so I think it was Firmware 0.6.x after going and see again the video.

So how can I get more upgrades for my flysky gt3c?

p.s: Sorry for my bad Ingles Im Portuguse

You have to hack it. Austin ( losikid) has parts available at overkillrc.

It is indicated in the first post of this thread where to download it. Also all install instructions can be found there along with issues and happenings people have had along the way and the fixes to those issues through out the threads intirety.

Austin is great to work with, sometimes flighty due to school and work but all in all great to deal with and stands behind everything and very helpful.

As with the Lipo I advise to get regulator first. Stock batteries drop voltage pretty fast, Lipo holds high voltage longer overworking stock regulator. In the start there were many occasions of stock voltage regulators burning up when running Lipo. It's better to spend the change...... And the 10 mins to swap out regulator..... With good soldering skills

Thanks for all teh help, I will buy the kit flash for the firmware, and one more thing the battery I have is 800mah on my flysky gt3c but I have seen that there are members that have a 1300mah baterry ary the worth our is best to keep only the 800mah?

When shoul I recharge the baterry only when the alarm goes on our before?
