Hey thanks for opening this back up. I appreciate it. Have you done anything new recently?

Been staying insanely busy.

I've had boxes arriving quite a bit lately.

Spent four hours riding this thing today. I'm 38 years old, haven't ridden a board in 26-27 years. My son wanted a board and told me I had to get one so I could ride with him. Yeah I got a helmet.

Jeff rollin' along on his.

The rest of tonight and the large majority of tomorrow will be spent on the laptop getting graphics for the Krawler Konceptz skins worked out. Michelle has the templates, just need to get the sponsor logos placed where they will go on the panels so I can get that info to Michelle.

When the skins are done this thing will be pretty much wrapped up. I need to do the wiring for all of the electrical - been dreading that.

USPS, and I meet the driver at the end of the driveway so I guess we're cool.

Any of your converted rigs break any front suspension arms yet?

No, and the guys aren't going easy on them. Kind of hard to baby them with a Pro4.

Here's DTP's most recent video. Drifting and jumping.

Man they look awesome at speed there. Love the girly giggles when they roll & crash

Do these have the AX2 Tranny in them? How are they holding up?

Like Jason said, go with the CI foams and use the 6" inner and outers.

They look like they handle like a whole different animal, my Wraith isn't half as stable, or as smooth. Nice work

DTP's white/green rig is the only IFS in the video. It has an AX2.

808toys blew bearing in his AX2 with a 4000kV Pro4.

That's the only one I've heard of failing.

That's "stock" suspension setup, too.

Major droop combined with much softer springs has made mine quite stable as well.
I run losi 1.6 rate front and 1.8 rate rear. Collars are all the way at the top on the rear, 1/8" down from the top on the front.
The stock springs made me remember my first "real" rc truck, an original Tamiya Wild Willy's jeep back in 1988. Any turn made it roll.

Nope didn't mean that the way it sounded. Meant its gonna take all winter for me to get it right. If it was summer here I would rush putting it together and wouldn't do your mod any justice.

I used to make all my own foams so really not sure which ci foams to run in the iroks. Any way you could send a link to which ones you recommend? Thanks
